Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, perform contracted engagements, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Where applicable under Korean privacy law and, for visitors in other regions, comparable frameworks, we process data based on your request for information or services, our legitimate interest in operating a business website, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal compliance.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records are retained for the period required by the statement of work and applicable accounting rules (typically up to 5 years). Cookie preference keys remain until you clear local storage.
Processors and transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality. If data is transferred outside Korea, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and provider security commitments.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies.
