About
Built around release truth, not slide decks
DevOps Systems is a small advisory practice based in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do. We help engineering leaders read CI/CD performance and application stability from their own delivery history.
Origin
The practice started after repeated release postmortems where the code change was small and the delivery path was long. Teams had dashboards; they lacked a shared reading of where time and risk actually accumulated between commit and production.
We work from Korea with clients across the Seoul capital region and remote engagements nationwide. Office hours and on-site days are coordinated from 268-1,Doil-dongPyeongtaek-siGyeonggi-doKorea.
How we work
We begin with evidence: deploy history, pipeline stage timings, incident notes, and release calendars. Interviews come next, then a findings draft your team can correct before anything is final.
We do not sell licenses or embed as permanent staff. Advice stays independent of a particular vendor stack so recommendations remain yours to implement.
What we value
- Numbers tied to named applications and time windows
- Blameless incident language with delivery-stage ownership
- Recommendations small enough to schedule in the next release cycle
- Clear boundaries on what an engagement will and will not deliver
People
Engagements are led by practitioners who have owned release trains and on-call rotations in product organizations. Facilitators for workshops and incident reviews are assigned at scoping so you know who will be in the room.
For credentials relevant to a specific engagement—industry experience, language preference, on-site availability—ask during the quote conversation. We match people to the work rather than presenting a fixed roster on every page.
