How quotes are built
We ask for a short brief: applications in scope, recent release frequency, and whether work is remote-only or includes on-site observation. A written estimate follows within two business days.
Pricing is informational. There is no online checkout. Work begins after a signed statement of work and, where applicable, an agreed deposit.
Deposits & payment
- Assessments: 40% to reserve the start window, balance on report delivery
- Incident reviews and workshops: full fee before the session date
- Retainers: billed monthly in advance
